Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the frozen rice cake. Place the frozen rice cake in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on one side for 30 seconds, then flip it over and microwave the other side for another 30 seconds. This thawing method will ensure the rice cake is soft and retains its signature chewy texture.
