  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp cooking wine or mirin
  • 1 Tbsp plum extract (adjust sweetness as needed)
  • 1/3 Tbsp ginger syrup (optional, for enhanced flavor)
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
