Main Ingredients- Noodles, 1 serving
- Seasoned pumpkin namul, appropriate amount
- Seasoned soybean sprouts namul, appropriate amount
- Seasoned chives namul (or fresh chives), appropriate amount
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Sesame oil, a little
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Boil the noodles in plenty of water until they reach a perfectly chewy texture. Once cooked, rinse the noodles under cold water and drain well. Place the prepared noodles into a deep serving bowl.
Step 2
Artfully arrange the seasoned pumpkin namul, soybean sprouts namul, and chives namul around the noodles in the bowl. Aim for a visually appealing presentation with contrasting colors, like arranging a flower.
Step 3
Gently warm the anchovy broth and season it with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce for soup, adjusting to your preference. Carefully pour the seasoned broth around the edges of the bowl. Finally, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and a drizzle of sesame oil for an aromatic finish. Your delicious and chewy noodle dish is now ready!
