- 4 Morning Buns
- 2 slices Cheddar Cheese
- 80g Shredded Cabbage (thinly julienned)
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup

Step 1
First, thoroughly wash 80g of cabbage and pat it dry. Then, using a knife or a mandoline slicer, thinly julienne the cabbage into very fine strips. This will make the salad much softer and tastier. Place the shredded cabbage into a mixing bowl.

Sprinkle 1 Tbsp of ketchup over the shredded cabbage to add a delicious color and a sweet and tangy flavor. Next, add 2 Tbsp of mayonnaise for creaminess and a savory taste. Use a spoon or spatula to gently mix the dressing into the cabbage until well combined.

Now it’s time for the cheddar cheese, which will add a wonderful flavor. Take 2 slices of cheddar cheese and, using the edge of a knife, carefully cut each slice in half, as shown in the picture. Cutting them in half makes them easier to place in the buns and gives a lovely melted cheese effect.

Prepare the buns for the sandwich. Take 4 soft morning buns and slice them horizontally in half using a knife. Place half a slice of the prepared cheddar cheese onto the bottom half of each morning bun. The cheese will taste even better when slightly melted.

Generously and evenly fill each of the 4 morning buns with the prepared cabbage salad mixture. Be careful not to overfill and split the buns, ensuring a satisfying amount of filling in each one.
