Main Ingredients- 2 Tortillas
- 2-3 Chicken Tenders
- 1 handful Lettuce
- 1 Tomato
- 2 Eggs
- A handful of Mozzarella or Cheddar Cheese
Zesty Cilantro Dip Sauce- 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp finely minced Onion
- 1 Tbsp finely minced Cilantro (optional, if you’re not a fan)
- 1 Tbsp finely minced Jalapeño or Pickle
- 1/2 Tbsp Tabasco Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Tbsp Honey
- 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp finely minced Onion
- 1 Tbsp finely minced Cilantro (optional, if you’re not a fan)
- 1 Tbsp finely minced Jalapeño or Pickle
- 1/2 Tbsp Tabasco Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Tbsp Honey
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare your vegetables. Wash the lettuce thoroughly, pat it dry, and tear or chop it into bite-sized pieces. Slice the tomato into 0.5cm thick rounds.

Next, let’s make the flavorful cilantro dip sauce. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced onion, minced cilantro, minced jalapeño (or pickle), Tabasco hot sauce, lemon juice, and honey. Whisk everything together with a fork or whisk until smooth and well combined. You’ll have a fresh and zesty dip ready to go!

Using your thumbs, gently push the starting edge forward while simultaneously rolling the tortilla forward, creating a compact cylinder.
