Main Ingredients- 1/8 head of cabbage (approx. 100g)
- 2 fresh eggs
- 1 pinch of fine salt
- 3-4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 sheet of rice paper (as pizza dough)
- 1 Tbsp tomato sauce
- 100g mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 ripe tomato
- A small handful of fresh arugula
- 1 scoop of thick Greek yogurt
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the cabbage that will serve as the pizza base. Wash 1/8 head of cabbage (about 100g) thoroughly and shred it as thinly as possible. The thinner the shreds, the softer the texture will be.

Next, let’s prepare the tomato for topping. Wash 1/2 ripe tomato well, and dice it into small cubes. You can remove the seeds if you prefer.
