Ingredients- 100g Kale (washed thoroughly)
- 100g Blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 300ml Water
- 45g Protein Powder (your preferred flavor)

In a blender, add 300ml of cold water first. Then, add 100g of blueberries, 45g of protein powder, and 100g of washed kale. This recipe makes 1-2 servings, perfect for a hearty breakfast or a post-workout snack.

Secure the lid on the blender and blend until the kale is completely smooth and no leafy bits remain. This might take about 30 seconds to 1 minute, depending on your blender’s power. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more water. If it’s too thin, add more blueberries or a few ice cubes.
