For the Melon Sandwich

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 melon (medium size)
  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp condensed milk
  • A pinch of salt

First, thoroughly wash the melon. Then, carefully peel the skin and use a spoon to gently scoop out the seeds from the center. Removing the seeds is important to prevent the sandwich from becoming watery.
