Ingredients- 1 package enoki mushrooms
- 5 strips of bacon

Step 1
First, trim off the woody bottom part of the enoki mushrooms. Then, gently separate the mushroom clusters into smaller, manageable pieces by hand. This separation step makes rolling much easier and ensures even cooking and a pleasant texture when served.
Step 2
Take a small bundle of the separated enoki mushrooms and place them at one end of a bacon strip. Tightly roll the bacon around the enoki mushrooms, ensuring it’s snug. Tuck the end of the bacon to secure the roll. You can use a toothpick to hold it in place if needed.
Step 3
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the bacon-wrapped enoki mushroom rolls in the skillet. Cook, turning occasionally, until the bacon is golden brown and crispy, and the mushrooms are tender. This should take about 5-7 minutes. Enjoy immediately while warm for the best taste and texture!
