Main Ingredients- Well-fermented Kimchi 1 cup (approx. 150g)
- Kimchi Juice 1/2 cup (approx. 75ml)
- Onion 1/4 (approx. 50g)
- Red Bell Pepper 1/4 (approx. 30g)
- Sweet Corn 3 Tbsp (approx. 30g)
- Bacon 2 slices (approx. 50g)
- Cooked Rice 2 cups (approx. 300g)
- Salt a pinch (2 pinches)
- Black Pepper a pinch (2 pinches)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
A delicious fried rice starts with preparing fresh vegetables! First, finely mince the onion, red bell pepper, and bacon into pieces about 0.5cm in size. Finely chopped vegetables blend better with the rice, creating a more delicious fried rice. The vegetables in kimchi fried rice can vary depending on what you have in your fridge. Trying different vegetables with kimchi as a base is a great way to enjoy diverse flavors.
