Checking the ingredients in my fridge always leads to deciding on a menu based on what needs to be used up quickly! My asparagus was looking a bit tired, and I had bacon in the freezer. The combination of asparagus and bacon is truly a match made in heaven! So, I decided today’s menu would be Asparagus Bacon Fried Rice. This dish is a perfect way to transform simple ingredients into a delicious and satisfying one-bowl meal.
