- 2 fresh eggs

- Cooking oil for stir-frying
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a wide pan or wok over medium heat. Add the finely chopped scallions and stir-fry for about 1-2 minutes until their fresh, aromatic fragrance is released, infusing the oil.
