Ingredients- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1/2 red chili (fresh or dried)
- 1 clove garlic
- 80ml olive oil

Prepare a clean, sterilized glass jar for your infused oil. Sterilizing by boiling or using a microwave will help preserve the oil longer. Ensure the jar is completely dry before proceeding.

Gently wash the fresh rosemary sprigs under running water and pat them dry. If the sprigs are too long, you can cut them into smaller pieces to fit comfortably in the jar. This will infuse the oil with rosemary’s lovely aroma.
