Ingredients
- 10 chicken tenderloins (approx. 300-400g)
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp olive oil (vegetable oil can be substituted)
- 2 tsp five-spice powder
- 2-3 tsp paprika powder
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare 10 frozen chicken tenderloins. If your chicken is frozen, thaw it using the microwave’s defrost function or by soaking it in cold water until softened. Once thawed, rinse lightly under running water and pat dry.
