We’ve created a delightful egg mayo salad by combining boiled eggs with sweet, crisp apples. For an extra touch, we’ve added fresh pomegranate seeds, which are particularly beneficial for women. This versatile salad is perfect as a filling, a side dish, or even a healthy snack!
Main Ingredients- 10 Hard-boiled eggs
- 2 Small apples
Dressing & Seasoning- 5 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Mustard
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 Tbsp Parsley flakes

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, carefully peel the shells off the 10 hard-boiled eggs that will form the base of your salad. Set the peeled eggs aside.

Next, peel the 2 small apples. Core them and then finely dice the apples. Dicing them finely is key to maintaining a pleasant, crisp texture in the salad.

Using a fork or a potato masher, gently mash the peeled hard-boiled eggs until they reach a soft, crumbly consistency. Add the finely diced apples to the mashed eggs. Then, mix in the 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 2 tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt, and 1 tablespoon of parsley flakes.
Step 4
Gently fold all the ingredients together with a spatula or spoon until thoroughly combined. Taste the salad and adjust the seasoning by adding a little more salt or sugar if needed, according to your preference.
