  • 20cm length of green onion (scallion)

  • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 fresh egg
  • 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil

Finely chop the green onion. Slice the garlic thinly or mince it according to your preference. Minced garlic will release a stronger aroma.

Place the dried anchovies in a cold, dry pan. Stir-fry over medium-low heat for 1-2 minutes to remove any fishy smell. Once the anchovies are slightly crisp, set them aside in a separate bowl.
