Chicken Drumette Marinade

  • 1 tsp mild curry powder
  • 2 tsp cooking wine (or mirin)

  • A pinch of black pepper

Soy Sauce Glaze

  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 0.5 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsp oligosaccharide (or corn syrup)
  • 0.5 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 100ml water

First, prepare 1 pack (about 350g) of chicken drumettes. Gently rub each drumette under running water to clean them thoroughly. Rinsing them 2-3 times will ensure they are very clean.
