Addictive Sauce

  • 0.5 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 0.5 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 0.5 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 0.5 Tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili powder)
  • 0.5 Tbsp parsley flakes

First, prepare 2 ears of boiled corn. Depending on the size of the corn, cut them into 2 or 3 pieces, or cut them into bite-sized pieces. Cutting them this way helps the sauce coat evenly and makes them easier to cook.

Now, let’s make the special sauce, the core of the ‘drug corn’! In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 0.5 tablespoon of melted butter, and 0.5 tablespoon of minced garlic. Mix them well. It’s important to stir until all ingredients are smoothly combined.

Heat a pan over medium-low heat and pour in the prepared garlic butter sauce. As the butter melts and the garlic aroma starts to rise, the delicious smell will already make your mouth water.
