Today, I’m sharing a recipe for a healthy drink that doubles as a filling meal replacement, perfect for those on a diet. Introducing ‘Tomato Milk’!   • 200ml milk

I’m using some tomatoes that have been in the fridge for a while to make this healthy drink. I’ve opted for two small Daechu tomatoes. If you’re using larger tomatoes, one should be sufficient.

Cut the tomatoes into manageable pieces to make them easier to blend. You can leave the skin on, or peel them if you prefer a smoother consistency.

Pour about 200ml of fresh milk into the blender along with the prepared tomatoes. You can adjust the amount of milk based on your preference for thickness. For a thinner consistency, add more milk (over 200ml), or for a richer flavor, use about 150ml. This recipe typically yields about 1.5 glasses, using a standard iced coffee glass as a measure. Now, simply close the blender lid and blend until all ingredients are smooth and well combined.

And there you have it – delicious Tomato Milk! Wasn’t that easy? Blending thoroughly created a lovely frothy layer of milk foam on top, similar to a latte. Even just tasting the foam is a treat – it’s rich and smooth. It has more of a shake-like consistency than a typical juice. I added a couple of ice cubes for extra coolness, which made it even more refreshing and smooth to drink.
