5-Flavor Tortilla Pizzas Made Together with the Whole Family
A Spectacular Feast of 5 Colorful Tortilla Pizzas Made Together with the Whole Family!
During the school break, I wanted to make a special snack for my nieces and nephews, so I decided to make pizzas at home. Unexpectedly, my kids enthusiastically offered to help, which made things a bit more elaborate, but it turned into an even more exciting and fun pizza-making session! We used 5 tortillas to create 5 different flavors. Why not create joyful memories with your children too?^^

- 1 Handful of baby greens
- 5 Slices of cheese
- 500g Pizza cheese
Basic Sauces & Seasonings
- 1 bottle Spaghetti sauce
- Ketchup, generously
- 1 bottle Spaghetti sauce
- Ketchup, generously
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the 5 tortillas and lay them out side-by-side on a flat surface where you can work easily. Generously spread spaghetti sauce onto each tortilla, using a brush or spoon to cover the surface evenly, all the way to the edges. This is what sets the base flavor for your pizzas!
Step 2
Now, it’s time to prepare the various toppings! Finely dice the yellow and red bell peppers and the onion. Slice the button mushrooms thinly. Halve the cherry tomatoes (or quarter them if large). Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Briefly blanch the cocktail shrimp in boiling water, then rinse under cold water and drain. This step helps maintain the shrimp’s firm texture.
Step 3
Peel the steamed sweet potato. Place it in a plastic bag and gently mash it with your hands until it’s soft. It’s nice to leave some small chunks for texture, which adds to the charm of the sweet potato pizza.
Step 4
Your first pizza will be ‘Sweet Potato Pizza’! Sprinkle a generous amount of pizza cheese on the tortilla already spread with spaghetti sauce. Next, artfully arrange some nuts and dried fruits over the cheese. (Feel free to omit or add more nuts/dried fruits according to your preference!) Using the plastic bag with the mashed sweet potato, snip off a corner and pipe the sweet potato mixture onto the center of the pizza in a decorative pattern. This will create a pizza rich with sweet potato topping.
Step 5
The second pizza is ‘Chicken Breast Pizza’. Scatter all the prepared vegetables (bell peppers, onion, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes) and chicken breast evenly over the tortilla, excluding the sweet potato, baby greens, and shrimp. Cover generously with pizza cheese and sliced cheese. Finish by drizzling ketchup in a zigzag pattern for a touch of tanginess.
Step 6
For the third pizza, let’s make a ‘Salad Pizza’. Similar to the chicken pizza, pile all the vegetables (excluding sweet potato, baby greens, and shrimp) generously onto the tortilla. For this pizza, it’s nice to add a little extra spaghetti sauce for a richer flavor. Finally, sprinkle pizza cheese on top, preparing it for baking.
Step 7
The fourth pizza is ‘Shrimp Pizza’. Generously place the main ingredient, shrimp, all over the tortilla. Arrange the remaining prepared vegetables attractively around the shrimp. The colorful combination of ingredients will make it look even more appetizing. Top with plenty of pizza cheese to bind the shrimp and vegetables.
Step 8
And the fifth and final pizza is ‘Hawaiian Pizza’! Pile on plenty of sweet pineapple to your liking! Adding other ingredients alongside the pineapple will offer an even richer flavor experience. Top generously with pizza cheese, and your sweet and tangy Hawaiian Pizza is ready to go!
Step 9
Now, transfer all the pizzas onto a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and the tortilla is crispy. Enjoy your delicious homemade pizzas! (If you don’t have an oven, you can also cook them in a frying pan over low heat with a lid on.) For an extra touch of flavor, sprinkle some leftover Parmesan cheese powder on top, just like from a pizza place. Enjoy the special pizzas you made with your whole family!
