Cooking Instructions
Step 1
[1. Sweet Potato & Formula Puree (6 Months)] First, thoroughly wash and peel the sweet potato, then cut it into manageable pieces. Place the cut sweet potato and 100ml of water in a pot and boil until tender (about 15-20 minutes). Once cooked, drain the sweet potato and mash it finely while still warm using a fork or mashing tool. In a separate container, use your bottle warmer to heat 100ml of water to 50°C (122°F) and dissolve 1 packet of formula completely. Combine the mashed sweet potato with the prepared formula and mix well. This creates a smooth and sweet sweet potato puree, perfect for your 6-month-old.
Step 2
[2. Tofu & Spinach Baby Food (7-8 Months)] Wash the fresh spinach leaves thoroughly under running water and finely chop them. Blanch the chopped spinach in boiling water (100°C/212°F) for a short time, then rinse under cold water and drain. Gently warm the silken tofu in water heated to approximately 80°C (176°F) – avoid boiling to maintain its soft texture. Prepare soft-boiled rice. Combine the blanched spinach, warmed silken tofu, and soft-boiled rice in a blender or baby food maker. Gradually add warm water (around 80°C/176°F) while blending until you achieve a smooth, consistent puree. Your delicious tofu and spinach baby food is ready!
Step 3
[3. Salmon & Broccoli Baby Food (9 Months)] Finely dice the fresh salmon, removing any bones and skin. Cut into approximately 2cm x 2cm pieces. Finely chop the broccoli florets (about 10g, or 2 small florets). Prepare soft-boiled rice. Cook the diced salmon and broccoli in boiling water (100°C/212°F) until tender. Transfer the cooked salmon and broccoli into a blender or baby food maker, along with the soft-boiled rice. Add warm water (around 80°C/176°F) gradually while blending to achieve a smooth consistency. Serve this nutrient-rich salmon and broccoli baby food.
Step 4
[4. Chicken, Zucchini & Chestnut Baby Food (9 Months)] If using frozen chicken breast, ensure it is fully thawed and cooked through in boiling water (100°C/212°F) until tender. Once cooked, finely dice the chicken breast. Peel and slice the zucchini into 3 pieces. Peel the 4 prepared chestnuts. In a pot, combine the diced chicken breast, sliced zucchini, chestnuts, and 1 paper cup of rice. Cook this mixture to create soft-boiled rice. Once cooked, place all ingredients into a blender or baby food maker. Gradually add warm water (around 80°C/176°F) while blending until a smooth, hearty puree is formed. Your nutritious chicken, zucchini, and chestnut baby food is complete.
