  • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

First, thoroughly wash the bok choy and king oyster mushroom under running water. Trim the roots off the bok choy and cut it into bite-sized pieces (about 2-3 cm in length) that are easy for your child to eat. Slice the king oyster mushroom into similarly manageable pieces. You can chop the stems into even smaller pieces for easier chewing.
