Main Ingredients- Ground pork 420g
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1/2 green onion
- 1 medium onion
- 1 Korean chili pepper (optional, for a spicy kick)

- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 4 servings cooked rice

Wouldn’t it be wonderful to nourish your body with a delicious and healthy Pork and Zucchini Rice Bowl? It’s a satisfying meal that’s both easy to make and wonderfully filling.
Step 2
First, let’s gather all our ingredients. Prepare the ground pork, a thoroughly washed zucchini, green onion, onion, and the Korean chili pepper and red bell pepper for a touch of spice and vibrant color. It’s best to remove the seeds from the peppers and chop them finely.
Step 3
Wash the zucchini well and then slice it into half-moons or bite-sized pieces. In a deep pan, add a little cooking oil and gently sauté the chopped green onion over low heat until its fragrance is released, creating aromatic green onion oil. Once fragrant, add the sliced zucchini and stir-fry together over medium heat. It’s important to cook the zucchini until it becomes slightly translucent and tender.
