Begin by preparing your ingredients: 4 medium sweet potatoes and 120ml of fresh milk. Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly before proceeding.

Next, we’ll bake the sweet potatoes to perfection using an air fryer. Place the sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook at 190°C (375°F) for about 15 minutes. The exact cooking time may vary depending on the size and type of your sweet potatoes. You’ll know they’re ready when they are tender enough to be easily pierced with a fork.

Once the sweet potatoes are beautifully baked and still warm, combine them in a blender with the milk. Gently warming the milk beforehand can help the ingredients blend more smoothly. This step creates the creamy base of our latte.
