Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare a clean and sturdy plastic bag. Line the bottom of the bag generously with several layers of paper towels. This will help effectively absorb the moisture from your vegetables.

Step 1

Step 2

Carefully place the washed vegetables onto the layer of paper towels inside the bag. Then, cover the vegetables with another layer of paper towels, ensuring they are well-covered. This step is crucial for maximizing water absorption from the surface of the vegetables.

Step 3

Now, seal the bag opening and puff it up with plenty of air, making it nice and full. With the air inside, the bag will act like a gentle cushion around the vegetables. Holding the bag securely, shake it up and down and side to side for about 10 seconds, as if you’re trying to shake the water off. The air inside the bag, combined with the paper towels, acts much like a centrifuge, surprisingly and effectively removing moisture from the vegetables. Now you can use your fresh vegetables immediately without worrying about excess water!
