Salad Ingredients- 1 head of fresh lettuce
- 1 ripe tomato
- 1 ripe avocado
- 100g carrot
- 2 Tbsp pickled vinegar (chokong)

First, prepare all the ingredients for your salad. You’ll need 1 head of fresh lettuce, 1 ripe tomato, 1 ripe avocado, 100g of carrot, and 2 tablespoons of pickled vinegar (chokong).

Wash the lettuce thoroughly and tear or chop it into bite-sized pieces. Submerge the lettuce in cold water for about 10 minutes. This step helps to revive and crisp up the lettuce, making it even more refreshing. After 10 minutes, drain the lettuce very well to remove excess water.
