Build Muscle with Your Personalized Protein Shake
I couldn’t find a protein shake I loved, so I decided to make my own! This is my go-to recipe for post-workout recovery and muscle building.
Ingredients- 40g Protein Powder (your favorite flavor)
- 10g Oat Powder (for fullness and extra nutrients)
- 20mg Creatine (for muscle strength and growth support)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Start by adding 40g of your chosen protein powder to your shaker cup or a large glass. Select a flavor you really enjoy, as this will be the base of your shake.
Step 2
Next, carefully add 10g of oat powder on top of the protein powder. This ingredient will provide a satisfying feeling of fullness and contribute healthy carbohydrates to your shake.
Step 3
Finally, add 20mg of creatine, which is beneficial for boosting muscle strength and aiding in muscle growth. Once all ingredients are in the shaker, secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously until well combined and smooth. You can add water or milk to reach your desired consistency.
