Following toast and sandwiches, today I’ve made a delightful cabbage salad bread, reminiscent of the flavors from childhood! This sandwich is not only a fantastic breakfast option but also a wonderful snack. Its simple preparation belies its incredibly satisfying taste!
Sandwich Ingredients- 4 soft dinner rolls
- 1/16 head of cabbage
- 60g sliced ham
- 1/3 cucumber
- 1/4 carrot
- 5 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp mustard sauce

Step 1
We’ll start with the recipe based on 4 soft dinner rolls. First, thinly slice 1/3 of a cucumber into bite-sized rounds. Aim for slices that are not too thin so they retain a pleasant crunch.

Wash 1/16 of the cabbage thoroughly, pat it dry, and then shred it as thinly as possible. Thinly shredded cabbage will absorb the dressing better and provide a softer texture.

Cut 60g of sliced ham into pieces approximately 4cm long. This size ensures a good bite and blends well with the other ingredients.
