  • 1/2 can Tuna (drained)
  • 5-6 slices luncheon meat (like ham or bologna)
  • 1 bowl cooked Rice
  • 1 Egg

Seasoning

  • 1.5 – 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce (adjust to taste)

First, drain the tuna thoroughly using a sieve. Place the drained tuna onto the cooked rice and gently mix it with your hands or a spoon, ensuring the tuna is distributed evenly.

Taste the rice and tuna mixture. Add 1.5 to 2 tablespoons of soy sauce to season, adjusting the amount according to your preference. Be careful not to make it too salty.

Take the egg out of the refrigerator a few minutes before you plan to cook. Letting it sit at room temperature for about 3-5 minutes helps to prevent it from cracking or exploding in the microwave and results in a creamier cooked egg.
