Peel it and break or slice it into a few manageable pieces – the riper the banana, the sweeter and more flavorful your smoothie will be! Finally, we have our star ingredient: two Brazil nuts. These nuts are packed with nutrients and add a wonderful, subtle richness to the drink. If you enjoy a stronger nutty flavor, you can add up to three nuts.
