Main Ingredients- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 packet ramen broth powder (adjust to taste)
- 210g cooked rice (approx. 1.5 bowls), preferably warm
- 2 Tbsp butter (approx. 30g)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, crack 2 large eggs into a clean bowl. Whisk them gently with a fork or whisk until well beaten. Removing the egg whites’ chalazae will result in a smoother texture.
Step 2
Add 1/2 packet of ramen broth powder to the beaten eggs. Stir thoroughly until well combined, ensuring there are no clumps. The saltiness and umami from the ramen powder will infuse into the eggs, enhancing the overall flavor of the fried rice.
