Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts Ingredients

  • 300g bean sprouts (trimmed of roots and washed thoroughly)
  • 1 green onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 0.5 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp mirin (rice wine)
  • 1 Tbsp anchovy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
  • 1 pinch salt (for seasoning)
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt (for finishing)
