- 150ml plain yogurt or your favorite flavored yogurt

Wash 10 fresh organic blueberries thoroughly and prepare them. You can also use frozen blueberries; if so, use them directly from frozen for an extra chilled treat.

Prepare 150ml of plain yogurt or your preferred flavor of yogurt. If you use sweetened yogurt, you won’t need to add extra sugar for a naturally sweet taste.
