  • 1 packet Jinjjampong (instant seafood noodle soup)
  • 3 strips bacon, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
  • 180ml milk

Start by bringing a pot of water to a boil for cooking the noodles. Ensure you use plenty of water so the noodles don’t stick together.

While the water is heating up, prepare your aromatics and proteins. Cut the bacon into pieces that are easy to eat, about 1-2 cm wide. Thinly slice the onion.

Once the water is boiling, add the Jinjjampong noodles. Cook them until they are about 80% done; they will finish cooking in the sauce. This al dente stage is key for a good pasta texture.
