  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves (substitutable with other leafy greens)

Sauce & Seasoning

  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1/3 Tbsp mayonnaise

Before you begin cooking, take out the frozen chicken and avocado from the freezer and let them thaw naturally, or use your microwave’s defrost function to soften them. The cooking time for the chicken can vary depending on the cut, so ensure it’s thawed appropriately.

Heat a frying pan and place the thawed chicken in it. Cook until golden brown. Season with a pinch of black pepper while cooking. For a more exotic and rich flavor, feel free to add your favorite herbs or spices, such as paprika or oregano.

Spread the Sriracha sauce and mayonnaise evenly over the tortilla. You can spread them separately or mix them together first, but since they will blend naturally on the tortilla, you can simply spread them directly without mixing beforehand.
