  • 1 Cheongyang pepper (Korean chili)
  • A little cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic

  • 2 Tbsp anchovy broth or water
  • A little sesame oil
  • A little sesame seeds

  • 1 Cheongyang pepper (Korean chili)

  • 5 Tbsp cooking oil (for frying)

  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp anchovy broth or water
  • 1 Tbsp rice syrup or corn syrup
  • A little sesame seeds
