Main Ingredients

  • 1 slice of bread
  • 1 egg
  • Mayonnaise, to taste

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Using the back of a spoon, gently press down in a circular motion on the inner side of the bread slice. This will help the egg stay neatly in place without spilling.

Step 1

Step 2

Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise around the crust of the bread. The mayonnaise will help make the crust extra crispy and also acts as a barrier to prevent the egg from leaking out.

Step 2

Step 3

Carefully crack the egg into the indented center of the bread. Try not to break the yolk. Lightly sprinkle with salt or white pepper, if desired, for extra flavor.

Step 3

Step 4

Gently place the prepared egg toast into the air fryer basket.

Step 4

Step 5

Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and cook for approximately 12 minutes. Cooking time and temperature can be adjusted based on your preference and how you like your toast and egg cooked. Cook until golden brown and delicious!
