Essential Ingredients- 1/2 can Baked Beans
- 2 Fresh Eggs
- 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- 2 Pinches Fine Salt
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare your baked beans. Open the can, check the contents, and if needed, you can warm them up slightly. Warming them enhances their flavor.
Step 2
Crack the fresh eggs into a bowl. Using a fork or a whisk, beat the eggs thoroughly until the yolks and whites are well combined. Add 2 pinches of salt at this stage to season the eggs, which will also enhance their flavor.
Step 3
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Once the oil is shimmering, pour in the beaten eggs. Gently stir the eggs with a chopstick or spatula to create soft scrambled eggs. Cook them, stirring occasionally, being careful not to burn them. Adjust the cooking time to your preference for doneness.
Step 4
When the scrambled eggs are about 70% cooked, gently push them to one side of the pan, creating space. It’s best to add the next ingredient while the eggs are still slightly undercooked for better integration.
Step 5
Pour the 1/2 can of prepared baked beans into the empty space on the pan. Sauté the beans briefly until warmed through, then gently mix them with the scrambled eggs. Stir everything together softly so the eggs and beans combine well. Serve immediately while warm for a delicious scrambled egg dish!
