  • 4 slices Seoul Milk Gouda cheese
  • 50g broccoli
  • 50g carrot
  • 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 0.5 Tbsp condensed milk
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • A little black pepper
  • A little cooking oil (for brushing)
