  • 2 small eggplants
  • 2 red chili peppers

Pour in 1 cup (approx. 200ml) of water and add the remaining flour. Mix gently until a smooth batter forms, ensuring there are no lumps. The batter should be thick enough to coat the ingredients but not too stiff.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a generous amount of cooking oil. Once the pan is hot, ladle portions of the batter onto the pan. Immediately use a spoon or spatula to spread each portion thinly across the surface. A thin layer is key for achieving crispiness.
