Salad Ingredients

  • 2 leaves Cabbage
  • 1 leaf Red Cabbage
  • 1/3 Cucumber
  • A little Carrot
  • 1.5 Tbsp Garlic Flakes
  • 2 fresh Plums
  • 1/2 cup Store-bought Greek Yogurt Dressing

Cooking Instructions

First, wash the cabbage and red cabbage thoroughly and pat them dry. Then, thinly slice them into shreds. Shredding them thinly will enhance their crisp texture.

Slice the cucumber into round pieces about 0.5 cm thick. For the carrot, use a small cookie cutter to create decorative shapes like flowers, which will make the salad look more appealing. (If you don’t have cookie cutters, thinly slicing them into rounds is also fine.)

All the vegetable preparations are now complete. Fresh vegetables are the foundation for a delicious salad.

Garlic flakes are dried garlic slices that have been fried or baked until crispy. They add flavor and texture to the salad. Using store-bought garlic flakes makes this step quick and easy.

Place the shredded cabbage, red cabbage, sliced cucumber, and carrot in a bowl. Rinse them 2-3 times under cold water. This process will make the vegetables crisper and fresher. It’s important to drain them completely after rinsing.
