- 30g Ham

First, let’s prepare the vegetables and ham for the pizza. Thinly slice the onion and bell pepper. For the ham, briefly blanching it in boiling water helps remove any impurities and results in a cleaner taste. If you prefer to use meat instead of ham, lightly sautéing it beforehand is recommended.

Now, let’s get ready to assemble the pizza! Take a tortilla (whole wheat tortillas are my personal favorite for their softer texture and nutty flavor, but regular ones work fine too). Spread the tomato spaghetti sauce evenly over the tortilla using a spoon. Be careful not to use too much sauce, as it can make the pizza soggy.

Next, it’s time to add the cheese. Leave a small border around the edge of the tortilla, and sprinkle a thin layer of shredded cheese all over.
