  • 1 pack Enoki Mushrooms (approx. 100g)
  • 1 medium Potato (approx. 150g)
  • Mustard Sauce, to taste

Cooking Instructions

Start by preparing 10 slices of bacon. Using HACCP certified bacon ensures quality and safety.

Peel the potato thoroughly. Then, using a mandoline slicer or a sharp knife, julienne the potato into very thin strips. Thin strips will cook more evenly and become tender inside the bacon.
