First, prepare the stir-fried kimchi. (Tip: If you don’t have stir-fried kimchi, finely chop regular kimchi and sauté it in a pan with a little oil until the moisture evaporates.) Finely mince the prepared stir-fried kimchi. It’s important for the seasoning to be well-distributed in the rice!
