Main Ingredients

  • 200g Sweet Corn (drained)
  • 100g Mozzarella Cheese
  • A little Butter (for greasing the pan)

Sauce for Corn Cheese

  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk (If you don’t have condensed milk, you can use 2 Tbsp sugar instead)
  • Note: Adjust sauce quantity based on the amount of corn used.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, drain the 200g of canned sweet corn thoroughly by placing it in a sieve. Excess water can dilute the flavor of the corn cheese.

Step 2

Lightly grease an oven pan or an air fryer-safe dish with a little butter. This prevents sticking and adds a richer flavor.

Step 3

In a bowl, combine the drained sweet corn (200g) with the sauce ingredients: 2 Tbsp mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp sugar, and 1 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk. If condensed milk is unavailable, substitute with 2 Tbsp of sugar. Mix well until the corn is evenly coated. Feel free to adjust the sauce quantity to your preference for sweetness and savoriness!

Step 4

Spread the coated corn mixture evenly onto the buttered pan. Generously sprinkle 100g of mozzarella cheese over the top for that essential cheesy goodness.

Step 5

Place the pan in an air fryer preheated to 180°C (350°F) and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the mozzarella cheese is melted and golden brown, and the corn mixture is heated through. If using a conventional oven, bake at 200°C (400°F) for 7-10 minutes.

Step 6

Your wonderfully gooey and golden corn cheese is ready! It’s best enjoyed immediately while warm. Enjoy the satisfying stretch of melted cheese with every bite – a perfect snack or accompaniment!
