I tried this shake without knowing what it was, and it was so delicious that I had to ask what was in it… turns out it was crickets! Give it a try!

  • 2 Tbsp dried crickets
  • 400ml milk
  • 2 Tbsp roasted grain powder (misutgaru)
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 7 ice cubes

Combine all the ingredients in a blender: 2 tablespoons of dried crickets, 400ml of milk, 2 tablespoons of roasted grain powder (misutgaru), 1 tablespoon of honey, and 7 ice cubes.
