In a bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of whole grain mustard, 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt, 0.5 tablespoon of honey, and a pinch of salt. Whisk everything together with a fork or whisk until smooth and well combined. Making the dressing ahead of time allows the flavors to meld beautifully.
