  • Scallion (or green onion) 1/3 stalk
  • Garlic 5 cloves
  • Slurry (1 Tbsp cornstarch + 2 Tbsp water) as needed

  • Cooking Wine (Mirin) 1 Tbsp
  • Oligosaccharide (or sugar) 2 Tbsp
  • Oyster Sauce 3 Tbsp
  • Black Pepper a pinch

First, prepare the sauce for your delicious stir-fry. In a bowl, combine 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp cooking wine, 2 Tbsp oligosaccharide, 3 Tbsp oyster sauce, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
