  • 35g crisp cabbage
  • 60g mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp baked beans (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp cooking oil

Seasoning & Garnish

  • 2 pinches fine salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • Sriracha sauce, to taste

First, prepare all the necessary ingredients. You can use leftover baked beans or omit them according to your preference. To make slicing easier, roll the cabbage leaves tightly and shred them thinly.

Carefully crack 2 fresh eggs into a prepared bowl.

Gently whisk the eggs with a fork or whisk until the yolks and whites are well combined. Then, add the shredded cabbage, 2 pinches of salt, and a dash of pepper to the bowl. Stir everything together thoroughly until evenly mixed.

Heat the pan over medium-low heat. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, then use a paper towel to evenly coat the entire surface of the pan with a thin layer of oil. This step helps prevent the omelet from sticking.
