  • 4 large fresh eggs
  • 20g finely minced carrot (approx. 2 Tbsp)
  • 20g finely minced zucchini (approx. 2 Tbsp)
  • 4 small shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 20g squid, cleaned and cut (body portion)
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 2/3 Tbsp dried shrimp powder

Watching the recipe video on the page will be a great help in creating this recipe. Crack 4 eggs into a bowl. Add 20g (2 Tbsp) of finely minced zucchini and 20g (2 Tbsp) of finely minced carrot. Sprinkle in 2 pinches of salt to enhance the flavor and mask any eggy odor.

Briefly blanch the 4 small shrimp and 20g of squid (about a 3cm piece of the body) in boiling water. Once cooked, finely mince them, similar to the vegetables. Minced seafood adds a delightful texture to the omelet.
